We hope you love your Mareas pieces. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.

Return Window

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

- Unused and unworn
- In original condition
- Returned in the original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned once opened or worn.

Gift cards and final sale items are also non-refundable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Mareas is not responsible for lost return parcels.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a few business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging.

We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please place a new order after your return has been approved.
