We currently ship within Europe only.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates

We offer the following shipping rates within Europe and UK:

  • Standard Shipping: 
           EUROPE €7 - UK £12.9
  • Heavy Orders & Bundles: 
           EUROPE €10 - UK £15
  • Free Shipping on orders over 
           EUROPE €75 - UK £100

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on destination:

-Portugal: 2–5 business days
- Spain: 4–8 business days
- Europe & UK: 5–10 business days

Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking Information

Tracking availability may vary depending on the shipping method and destination selected.

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive tracking information by email when available.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information at checkout.

Mareas is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Mareas is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather conditions, or other external factors once the package has been dispatched.
